General accreditation
- Registration fees are based on the date payment is received, not on the registration date.
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and Colombian pesos.
- Accreditation is personal and non-transferable and does not constitute an invitation. Those interested in attending the Festival must cover their own travel and accommodation expenses in Manizales and Bogotá.
- Student registration is available to those with a valid student ID card. As a student, you must upload a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your institution verifying your student status during the registration process.
- Anyone who registers to attend in person but is later unable to travel to Colombia will be transferred to a virtual registration type and will not receive a refund for the difference in the fee.
- In the event of a situation beyond the control of the organization or the Festival, no full or partial refunds will be issued once payment has been made.
U.CALDAS Y U.TADEO
- If they are speakers, they must pay the speaker rate under the student category.
- Faculty members from the University of Caldas and Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogotá must pay a voluntary fee of COP $150,000. Faculty members participating as speakers or artists through a call are subject to this same fee.
- Alumni from the University of Caldas and Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogotá receive a 50% discount on each applicable rate, according to each case.

Forum
Selected authors must individually pay the event registration fee to obtain presentation and publication rights at a special rate. With this accreditation, they will be able to attend the scheduled activities of the 26th International Image Festival.
Academic proposals that are not registered in the enrollment system with their corresponding payment will not be included in the academic proceedings. In the event that a panel has multiple authors, each speaker must register in the enrollment system. If someone is a co-author of more than one proposal, they only need to register once; meaning, they only make a single payment.
Note: Admission into other event categories does not exempt Forum participants from paying their registration fee.
Call for Artists
Those selected in any of the subcategories of the Call for Artists are exempt from the participation fee.
NOTE: Once the registration payment has been made, the payment processor will not issue any refunds.
